Brian Kok is a license US Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas with over 15 years of public accounting and industry experiences. He has been assisting high net worth clients, expats and multinational companies with their US income tax compliance and planning matters. While he was in the industry, he served as a tax advisor of one of the largest mining companies in the world for their US and Canadian operations. He also helped clients on the IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (“OVDP”), Streamlined Filing Compliance Procedures and Relief Procedures for Certain Former Citizens.

Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
